Working in a small town with limited resources, CEO/Founder Nancy sought to create a practice that offered services in both English and Spanish and that could reach clients across the state. Andelige was born to give people a space in which they could recover and thrive from mental health concerns. While Nancy started by seeing all types of mental health diagnosis one thing was a common thread of trauma. She then began developing curriculum and working on becoming an expert in treating complex trauma. With the help of partner and COO Priscilla Corson the practice grew to specialize in treating various forms of trauma. The team has seen again and again clients coming for help and being told they are difficult by past providers. Andelige Trauma Counseling understands that trauma can impact the way we view the world and has made it their mission to treat trauma recovery with empathy. Understanding that clients deserve to be treated as their experts of their lives and that they can be whole again. Now the practice continues to treat various forms of mental health concerns, but one thing remains, an understanding that recovery is possible from whatever life has thrown at you.
